C2C Program
The Candle to Candle (C2C) Program empowers students in high-employability fields to build promising careers, and eventually sponsor the next generation of scholars.
Funded by individual donors, C2C is more than a scholarship. PRF provides academic, personal, and career support, welcoming each student as part of the PRF family. Full sponsorship for the duration of study is prioritized, covering academic and living expenses where possible.
