People’s Reach Foundation (PRF) is a non-profit organization working to expand access to quality education and community health across Pakistan.

People’s Reach Foundation (REACH: Resources for Education And Community Health) was established to support talented students and underserved communities through structured, transparent, and sustainable programs.
We are a company set up under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017, governed by a board of directors and committed to accountability, dignity, and long-term community impact.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower individuals and uplift communities by providing access to quality education and promoting health awareness. We believe every person deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to society.
What We Do
- Candle to Candle (C2C) Program: full sponsorship for talented students in highly employable fields, with mentorship and a path to pay it forward.
- Scholarship Support: structured application, review, and ongoing support for deserving students.
- Community Health Initiatives: awareness and outreach that strengthen well-being in the communities we serve.
- Student Mentorship & Guidance: academic, personal, and career support beyond financial assistance.
