Program Overview
The Candle to Candle (C2C) Program is PRF's flagship scholarship initiative. We identify talented Pakistani students from low-income families and provide full sponsorship through highly employable degree programs, including medicine, engineering, IT, and accounting.
Every C2C scholar receives more than tuition. PRF covers books, living expenses, and ongoing mentorship so students can focus entirely on their education. Our team stays connected from enrollment through graduation and into early career placement.
The name reflects our philosophy: one person's opportunity lights the way for the next. Graduates are encouraged to sponsor future students, creating a self-sustaining cycle of empowerment within the PRF family.
Tuition, books, and living expenses are covered for the full duration of the program, removing financial barriers that would otherwise force talented students to abandon their education.
Each scholar is paired with mentors who provide academic guidance, career planning, and personal support, helping students graduate with confidence and enter the workforce successfully.
Students submit the online C2C scholarship application with academic records, family financial details, and required documents during the annual intake window.
PRF evaluates applications against academic merit, financial need, and program eligibility. Shortlisted candidates may be invited for an interview before final selection.
Selected scholars receive full sponsorship and are enrolled in PRF's mentorship and academic monitoring programs for the duration of their degree.
Graduates join the PRF alumni network and are encouraged to sponsor the next generation, continuing the candle-to-candle cycle of giving that sustains the program.
